It’s a fabulous read

This book captures and explores the many layers of political and religious tensions in 16th century Europe. The characters are memorable. It gave me insight into much of my heritage. I can’t wait for a sequel.

This wonderful review came from the gorgeous Santa Cruz area. I had many adventures in Santa Cruz. Not least, being a solo pianist with the orchestra there and meeting the hero of my teen years, Tom Lehrer, who was in the audience. I didn’t have a perfect connection with the conductor, but that’s an adventure for another day. Be safe and well everyone.
