PRINCETON BISEXUAL TRANSGENDER GAY AND LESBIAN ALUMNI – Author Series

Oct 10, 2019

From left to right: me (The Reversible Mask); Joshua Ian (Harvest Moon); actor Doug Shapiro for Jeanne Mackin (in absentia) The Last Collection. The questions were great, we sold books, and enjoyed making new friends amidst wine, cheese and pastries. The intimate private-home setting felt like chamber music soirees or an eighteenth-century salon. A big thank you to Shawn Cowls and Doug Shapiro for their hospitality!

This was part of the Princeton BTGLA Invitation:

Loretta Goldberg is an accomplished pianist, a former financial advisor, and now an award-winning published author! She will be reading from her book The Reversable Mask, a work telling the story of sixteenth century bisexual spy Edward Latham and his work as a double agent for Queen Elizabeth.

Jeanne Mackin is the acclaimed award-winning author of The Beautiful American, a novel of Lee Miller and the Paris surrealists. She will be reading from her new novel The Last Collection, which tells the story of the intense rivalry between iconic fashion designers Coco Chanel and Elsa Schiaparelli in the 1930s, as World War II loomed.

And for something completely different, we’ll also have Joshua Ian! His new novelette The Harvest Moon, the first of the Darkly Enchanted Romance series is now available on Amazon for the Kindle. The Darkly Enchanted Romance series takes its inspiration from mythology, fairytales, folklore, and legend to give you sweet and sultry romances with just a touch of spookiness.
